How to make it

  • 1. Mix the cola with the agave nectar and sugar, and then stir in lemon juice.
  • 2. Fold in whipped egg white and pour the mixture into ice cream maker.
  • 3. Churn according to mfg. instructions – but be careful not to over churn it as it will spoil its consistency.
  • 4. Transfer into an airtight container and keep in the freezer 2 hours before serving.
