Cola Sorbet

- 2 cups cola shopping list
- 1/4 cup agave nectar shopping list
- 2 Tbs sugar shopping list
- juice from 1 lemon shopping list
- 1 whipped egg white shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Mix the cola with the agave nectar and sugar, and then stir in lemon juice.
- 2. Fold in whipped egg white and pour the mixture into ice cream maker.
- 3. Churn according to mfg. instructions – but be careful not to over churn it as it will spoil its consistency.
- 4. Transfer into an airtight container and keep in the freezer 2 hours before serving.
