- 2 sweet potatoes peeled and cut chunky shopping list
- 1 large gold potato peeled and cut chunky shopping list
- 2 small zucchini cut chunky shopping list
- 1 large onion coarse chopped shopping list
- 2 large carrots coarse chopped shopping list
- 1/2 red bell pepper coarse chopped shopping list
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper coarse chopped shopping list
- 3/4 cup dried lentils shopping list
- 1/2 cup barley shopping list
- 1, 15 oz can white beans drained shopping list
- 1 small can tomato paste shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves chopped shopping list
- 4 large pitted dates chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup candied ginger coarse chopped shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp cumin shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp tumeric shopping list
- 1 tsp dried parsley shopping list
- 2, empty 14 oz cans of water or vegetable broth-more if needed shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all in slow cooker, stir well
- Cook high about 3-4 hours until everything is tender and grains cooked
- Add more broth or water as needed
