- 1/3 cup vegetable stock (preferably powdered) shopping list
- or 2 packets of Knorr brand home-style vegetable "home-style stock" shopping list
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast (whole food, co-op stores, or Amazon.com) shopping list
- 1 tsp coffee smoked BBQ seasoning (Spice Merchants of T.C. Michigan) shopping list
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 6 TBS Spike brand seasoning (Amazon.com) shopping list
- A dash of seasoning salt shopping list
- 1 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 2/3 cup coconut milk (equivalent to one can) shopping list
- 50 grams quinoa shopping list
- or 100 grams barley shopping list
- 1 TBS Greek spicy-sweet flakes (Oia, Greece) shopping list
How to make it
- Add all the ingredients together in a large pot, bring to boil, then cook over medium heat for 15 to 25 min. Top off a bowl with a few dashes of nutritional yeast and sweet smoked Spanish paprika (Spice Merchants of T.C. Michigan).
