Zucchini Casserole Recipe

How to make it

  • Wash and slice zucchini.
  • Brown hamburger with onion.In a casserole, layer zucchini, andmeat and onion mixture.Mix tomato sauce with catsup and pour over top of each layer.Repeat again until all in used.Sprinkle with bread-crumbs and parmesan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
