Zucchini Casserole

A friend of mine sent this through the mail and thought that I would give this a try.My friend says that this recipe came out of an amish cookbook and her husband makes it.I'm "NOT BIG" on zucchini.
Ingredients
- 2 zucchini shopping list
- 1 lb. hambuger shopping list
- 1 onion, diced shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. tomato sauce shopping list
- 1/4 c. catsup shopping list
- breadcrumbs shopping list
- parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and slice zucchini.
- Brown hamburger with onion.In a casserole, layer zucchini, andmeat and onion mixture.Mix tomato sauce with catsup and pour over top of each layer.Repeat again until all in used.Sprinkle with bread-crumbs and parmesan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
