How to make it

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the ingredients and bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the brown sugar, then reduce the heat and boil gently, uncovered for about 20 minutes or till the mixture is slightly thickened.
  • Brush the sauce on beef, pork, or poultry during the last 10 minutes of grilling. Reheat and serve as a sauce.
