How to make it

  • Cook spaghetti in boiling water until done.
  • Meanwhile, fry venison in skillet until brown.
  • Add pepper and oregano leaves.
  • Dice onion, garlic cloves and celery, slice mushrooms. Add to meat mixture. Cook until onions are translucent.
  • Add tomatoes and sauce. Simmer 20 minutes until sauce is thickened. Serve over spaghetti.
