Chocolate-coconut Pudding

I've used less honey, and it's still just as good. I order my good gelatin off Amazon.
Ingredients
- 2 cans coconut milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder shopping list
- 2 T grass-fed beef gelatin shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1/3 cup honey shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Heat a small amount of milk so that it is very hot to the touch. Dissolve gelatin, stirring and mashing any clumps that form.
- Blend cocoa with another small amount of milk (in the blender)
- Add and blend all other ingredients, including the gelatin-milk.
- Pour into bowls, chill.
