How to make it

  • Mash and crush all of the above into a marinade,and set aside for an hour.You will want this to mingle,and get acquainted.
  • You are going to cook...low and slow!
  • You will need the coals a light grey ash color.
  • Lay the salmon on the grill,skin side down.
  • Spread the marinade over the salmon and grill for about fifteen minutes...just depends on the heat.
  • Flip the fillet and remove the skin,then spread the marinade on top,grill for another fifteen minutes.
  • Flip one more time,just to seal in the flavors
  • Remove from the grill and serve the salmon on a platter.
  • You have already crucified your Lobster on a wooden spoon and now have it swimming in butter.
