Black Rice, Red Kale And Sprout Salad

- 3 cups of cooked black rice shopping list
- 2 cups of shredded red kale (raw) shopping list
- 4 shallots, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 cup of sprouted adzuki beans shopping list
- 1 cup of sprouted mung beans shopping list
- 1 tbsp fresh marjoram (finely chopped) shopping list
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped) shopping list
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (finely chopped) shopping list
- 1 tsp sweet paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp dark sesame oil shopping list
- ¼ cup soy sauce shopping list
- ¼ cup cider vinegar shopping list
- Whole baby cos lettuce shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all the ingredients except cos lettuce and black rice
- Let marinate while you
- Gently peel off lettuce leaves individually
- Rinse lettuce, be careful not to break up leaves
- Add the rice to the kale and sprout mix
- TO SERVE
- Put 2-3 spoonfuls of rice salad in the cos lettuce leaf
- TO EAT
- Fold leaf, use hands to lift food to mouth and bite – YUM!!
