How to make it

  • 1.Riddle the flour on a plank,and,in the middle,add butter,oil and sugar.
  • 2.Mix everything good,and then,add egg,vanilla,lemon rind,bicarbonate,and,knead all,till become a compact dough.
  • 3.Let it 10 minutes,and,then,put this composition in the form tarts,covering
  • (within a thin layer),only the inner walls,of the form; the middle of the forms remains empty.
  • 4.Put them in the oven.
  • 5.Mix the ingredients for the cream and boil them.
  • 6.Let them chill.
  • 7.After the dough is chilled ,stuff the each tart with vanilla cream.
  • 8.Above the cream put the fruits (choosen and good washed),and,then,(with a tablespoon) the hot jelly.
