How to make it

  • 1. deep fry the marinated chicken till golden and cook.
  • 2. leave the left over oil in the wok/pan.(use again)
  • 3. blend shallots, garlic, ginger and bird eye chilies into fine paste.
  • 4. using the left over oil just now, stir fry the blended paste until its goes golden brown.
  • 5. pour a glass of water, soy sauce and the tamarind juice leave it to boil.
  • 6. add in the sliced red chilies and big onion
  • 7. add in salt, sugar and black pepper stir fine.
  • 8. finally put in the fried chicken and cherry tomatoes.
  • stir the finely and leave it to cook for 3-5 mins
  • ready to serve.
