Ingredients
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 5 egg yolks shopping list
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice shopping list
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard shopping list
- 2 teaspoons black pepper shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon blackening seasoning shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes shopping list
- 1/2 cup crushed, chopped parsley shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups breadcrumbs shopping list
- 2 lbs crabmeat shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Make into 4 oz. patties
- Coat with flour and fry in 1 inch of oil until golden brown.
