Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe

How to make it

  • 1) Coat a baking pan or cookie sheet with cooking spray and preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • 2) Heat the olive oil in a saute pan over medium heat and add all of the ingredients, except mushrooms, to the pan. Saute for 7 to 10 mintues
  • 3) Fill each mushroom cap with the mixture
  • 4) Place mushrooms on the baking sheet and bake for 30-45 minutes.
