Pulled Pork Hoagie

If you find yourself with pkgs. of pulled pork in your freezer, here’s just a suggestion for a wonderful, filling hoagie – no cooking involved if you plan ahead and have pkgs. of pulled pork and caramelize onions in the freezer!
Ingredients
- Hoagie roll shopping list
- grainy mustard shopping list
- pulled pork shopping list
- Swiss cheese shopping list
- caramelized onions, prepared ahead (or it only takes about 20 minutes to cook some up fresh) shopping list
How to make it
- Slather a bit of grainy mustard on both cut sides of a Hoagie roll and stick under the broiler for a couple minutes to toast up. Then layer:
- Pulled pork
- Swiss cheese slices
- Caramelized onions
- And top with the other half a bun
- How easy it that – your dinner’s ready in no time
