- ¾ cup brown rice flour shopping list
- 7 tbsp sorghum flour shopping list
- 3 tbsp arrowroot flour shopping list
- ⅓ cup potato starch shopping list
- 3 tbsp tapioca starch shopping list
- 1 tsp guar gum shopping list
- 1 tbsp custard powder shopping list
- ½ tbsp cinnamon shopping list
- ½ tsp ginger shopping list
- 1 tsp baking powder shopping list
- ½ tsp baking soda shopping list
- ½ tsp sea salt shopping list
- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce shopping list
- ½ cup vanilla rice milk shopping list
- ⅓ cup canola oil shopping list
- ¼ cup brown sugar shopping list
- ¼ cup cane sugar shopping list
- 9 packets Truvia or stevia shopping list
- 1 tsp maple extract shopping list
- 1 tsp caramel extract shopping list
- 1 medium apple, cored and shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, whisk together flours, starches, guar gum, custard powder, spices, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
- In large mixing bowl, combine applesauce, rice milk, oil, sugars, Truvia and extracts.
- Mix in shredded apple.
- Add flour mixture and stir until well combined.
- Bake for 17-19 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool in pans for 5 minutes, then invert onto cooling rack to cool completely.
