Cheesy Tofu Spread With Pine Nuts

- 1 lb extra firm tofu shopping list
- 1/2 cup pine nuts shopping list
- 3 Tbsp unsweetened soy milk shopping list
- 2 Tbsp plus 1 tsp nutritional yeast shopping list
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp red miso shopping list
- 1 tsp sea salt or powdered seaweed shopping list
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- 1) Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.
- 2) Stop the machine occasionally to scrape down the sides of the work bowl.
- 3) Serve immediately or thoroughly chilled.
- This will keep for one week in a covered container in the refrigerator.
