Protien Oatmeal

- 1/4 cup dry oats shopping list
- 1/2 oz. chopped walnuts shopping list
- 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein shopping list
- handful of blueberries (I buy fresh and keep frozen. Frozen blueberries tend to bleed in milk) shopping list
- dash of cinnamon shopping list
- water shopping list
- splash of skim milk or almond milk shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a cereal bowl except for milk and water.
- Add hot water and mix ingredients until it is at your preferred consistency.
- Add milk if you want to loosen up the oatmeal.
