How to make it

  • Saute apples in butter and as soon as they soften drop milk sugar cinnamon bark and lemon. Leave to reduce to thick sauce on low fire. Set aside to cool.
  • Heat oven on max then reduce to 180 c. Put all pancake ingredients into blender and mix until bubbly light and airy. Pour mixture into floured 25-30 cm diameter baking tray. Bake for 25minutes lower thermostat. Open oven drop applessauce and bake for 10 minutes on upper thermostat.
  • Let cool after baking to room temperature and prepare your jello as per pack instructions pour strawberry slices and cool a little then pour over pancake and let chill for six hours.
