Glazed Lebanese Sausage

- 1/2 kg fresh beef sausage shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves minced shopping list
- 1tablespoon vinegar shopping list
- 1tablespoon lemon juice shopping list
- 1tablespoon mustard shopping list
- salt to taste mixed with half teaspoon of: ground corriander black pepper ground cinamon curry cayan pepper ginger powder shopping list
- 1tablespoon pomegranate sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
How to make it
- Drop everything into big skillet and simer until water/sauce reduces stirring from time to time.
- Remove from pan and put into toasted buns or french bread and top with mustard watercress tomato onion rings and cucumber pickles.
