How to make it

  • Fry bread in olive oil and crack and put into the bottom of a wide deep casserole or pyrex
  • Empty chickpeas on top of bread
  • Saute onion and 3garlic cloves with cinnamon pepper and salt till yellow then drop meat and cook well.
  • Into blender mix yogurt with remaining garlic with mint and black pepper and salt.
  • Pour yogurt over bread and chickpeas in pyrex then top with meat and pine seeds and parsley.
