How to make it

  • Put all the ingredients into a freezer bag and store.
  • Defrost the bag the night before cooking.
  • The morning of cooking, pour the contents of the bag into the crockpot. Cook on low for 4-6 hours (or 8 hours for beef).
  • (If using beef, shred it before serving.)
  • Serve with sauce.
