Lemon Pie Filling

- 1 1/2 cups of sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups of water shopping list
- 1/4 cup of cornstarch shopping list
- 1/3 cup of lemon juice shopping list
- 2 eggs (well beaten) shopping list
- 8 inch baked pie shell shopping list
- Whipped topping (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- First, mix all the ingredients together thoroughly with a whisk.
- Then cook until thickened.
- Next, pour the mixture into the pie shell.
- Last but not least, serve with the whipped topping if desired.
