Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Soup And

Easy, fast, simple, delicious!! Since there are two of us, I only do half each night - which makes 2nd dinner even simpler and easier. The Sriracha is optional, but it just zings up the soup.
Ingredients
- Divide between two bowls (I use SST bowls so I can heat the soup baine marie style): shopping list
- 1 box Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato soup shopping list
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed shopping list
- 1 can whole kernel corn shopping list
- 2 cups cooked rice shopping list
- Sriracha, a couple squeezes, each bowl shopping list
