Smoked Sausage Kebobs

- • 1 pkg. Piller's Knackwurst Sausage, cut in 1” pieces shopping list
- • 1 large red bell pepper, cut in 1” squares shopping list
- • 1 large yellow bell pepper, cut in 1” squares shopping list
- • 1 large green bell pepper, cut in 1” squares shopping list
- • 1 large red onion, cut in 1” squares shopping list
- • 6 wooden skewers shopping list
- • grilling spray shopping list
- Paprika Glaze: shopping list
- • 20 ml (1 ½ Tbsp.) olive oil shopping list
- • 5 ml (1 tsp.) smoked paprika shopping list
- • 2 ml (½ tsp.) salt shopping list
- • 2 ml (½ tsp.) pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 20 minutes. Combine olive oil, paprika, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Spit sausage, peppers and onion onto skewers and brush with paprika glaze. Spray grill and preheat to medium heat. Grill kebobs until sausage is grilled and vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes per side. Remove from grill and serve immediately.
