How to make it

  • Soak sheet of apricot for 6hrs in two cups boiling water with dugar then strain then blend.
  • Melt corn starch in milk then add remaining water and blended apricot let boil on medium fire while stirring continuously for 30 mins or until mix thickens.Mix in vanilla and pour into 8 small serving glasses and top with coconut powder and toasted almonds. chill for 12 hours and serve.
