Cream-pea Cream Soup

- 2 bulb onion shopping list
- 50 gram butter shopping list
- 700 milliliters beef broth shopping list
- 150 gram cream 20% shopping list
- 400 gram Shelling peas fresh shopping list
- to taste salt shopping list
- to taste pepper (mix) shopping list
How to make it
- First, prepare the broth in advance. It's best to use beef broth, but you can substitute it with any other you like more. The only requirement is that it mustn't be too fat and don't add too much salt, as for everything else - it's all completely up to you.
- When the broth is ready, fry the onions in butter in a saucepan. This should be done over low heat, so that neither the onions nor the butter get burnt - this will give an unpleasant flavor to our dish.
- Then add the peas into the same saucepan and fry for 5 minutes more. Add the broth and cook until the peas are ready (about 15 minutes).
- In the end add 150 g of cream, a perfect option - 20% cream. Remove from heat and use a blender to process the mixture, until it reaches the consistency of a cream soup.
- When serving the dish, you can also add cream and chopped greens. We should also note, that this cream soup can be used both warm and cold.
