Spanish Style Swiss Chard With Raisins And Pine Nuts

- 2lbs Swiss Chard - stemmed and chopped shopping list
- 2Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil shopping list
- 4oz Raisins shopping list
- 2oz Pine Nuts shopping list
- Salt and ground black pepper - to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Place a steamer insert into a saucepan and pour in enough water to reach just below the bottom of the insert;
- Bring the water to a boil, add the chard and steam for some 2 to 3 minutes or so until just tender;
- Drain and set aside;
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add the raisins and pine nuts and cook for a few minutes until the pine nuts turn golden;
- Add the chard, season with salt and pepper, and continue cooking, stirring constantly until the chard has been heated through;
- Serve
