How to make it

  • In large skillet over medium heat; add onion, cabbage salt and pepper; stir and sauté for about 5-10 minutes. Cover and turn down. Simmer stirring occasionally until it starts to soften. Then add the tomatoes and juice; recover and sauté until cabbage is softened. Add bacon bits, stir and let simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot.
