  • Chop cauliflower, and shallots. Add butter to skillet over medium heat. Let butter melt and pan get hot; add cauliflower; DON’T STIR! Let it set to caramelize, this will take about 3 to 5 minutes; add shallots, Then stir. Add salt, pepper, currants, nuts, and agave nectar or honey; stir, and let set again to caramelize for another 3 to 5 minutes. Serve warm
