How to make it

  • 1. Add tequila, cointreau, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, sweet 'n sour, and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • 2. Pour simple syrup onto a shallow plate. Dip rim of margarita glass in syrup, then roll in toasted coconut. Pour blended margarita into glass and serve.
