Ingredients
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped Slivered Almonds
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups thawed Cool Whip Lite, divided
  • 3 cups fat free milk
  • 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Pudding, any flavor

Directions
  1. Mix flour, almonds and butter in large bowl until crumbly. Press into bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
  2. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.
  3. Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until well blended. Stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping. Spoon over crust.
  4. Mix milk and pudding mixes. Spoon over cream cheese mixture.
  5. Spread with remaining 1 cup whipped topping.
  6. Refrigerate 3 hours or until ready to serve.
