Puddin Layer Desert

- 1 cup flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup finely chopped slivered almonds shopping list
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted shopping list
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) fat free cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 2 cups thawed Cool Whip Lite, divided shopping list
- 3 cups fat free milk shopping list
- 2 pkg. (4-serving size each) Fat Free sugar Free Instant Pudding, any flavor shopping list
How to make it
- Mix flour, almonds and butter in large bowl until crumbly. Press into bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.
- Mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until well blended. Stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping. Spoon over crust.
- Mix milk and pudding mixes. Spoon over cream cheese mixture.
- Spread with remaining 1 cup whipped topping.
- Refrigerate 3 hours or until ready to serve.
