Sassy Pork Steak

Grilled marinated pork steak that tastes like beef steak. Easy to prep, marinate a few hours, and throw on grill.
Ingredients
- 2 # Pork Shoulder Blade Steak (2) shopping list
- 2 cloves Garlic, diced shopping list
- 1 Shallot or onion, diced shopping list
- Tbsp chopped fresh Rosemary leaves shopping list
- 1 Lime, juiced shopping list
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil shopping list
- Kosher salt shopping list
- Pepper shopping list
- You can use dried rosemary if need be. shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients except the pork steaks, salt and pepper, add to gallon size bag, put in the pork steaks, seal and rub the marinade around. Marinate 2-3 hours in refrigerator. Remove from refrigerator, light gas grill, salt and pepper steaks, grill to desired doneness. Rest 5 minutes and plate.
