How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients into the meat and ensure that the mixture is moist and sticky.
  • Using a little oil on your hands, roll the meat mixture into balls - not too large or they will not cook inside before getting overdone on the outside.
  • Heat some oil in a medium sized frying pan and gently drop in 3 or 4 balls at a time.
  • Cook until dark brown in colour.
  • Drain on paper towel and serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce.
