How to make it

  • Place the mackerel chunks into a large bowl or food processor;
  • Add the cream cheese, sour cream, horseradish sauce, lemon zest and herbs and blend until smooth;
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper;
  • Squeeze in the lemon juice to taste and mix again;
  • Transfer to a serving dish and chill in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour.
