Ingredients
  • 1 bks Mie (terserah mau mie goreng/mie kuah)
  • 1 butir telur (kocok lepas)
  • Garam secukupnya
  • Minyak untuk menggoreng
  • Air secukupnya (untuk merebus)

Directions
  1. Rebus Mie bersama air hingga mienya lemes (kelelep... hehehehe), tiriskan
  2. Siapkan mangkuk yang berisi telur yang sudah dikocok bersama dengan bumbu mie n garam.
  3. Mie yang telah di rebus tadi dimasukan kedalam kocokan telur, aduk2 hingga tercampur.
  4. Siapkan wajan n beri sedikit minyak.
  5. Masukan mie yang sudah tercampur tadi, masak hingga matang n jgn lupa dibalik supaya semuanya matang.
  6. Siap d disajikan bersama saos sambel.
