How to make it

  • Cook bacon until crispy
  • Remove from pan and drain on paper towels.
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta, and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente; drain.
  • While pasta is cooking, saute chicken in olive oil until juices run clear.
  • Remove chicken from pan and set aside.
  • Heat butter and cream in pan over low heat until butter is melted.
  • Add cheese, parsley, salt & pepper and stir until cheese is melted.
  • Serve cheese sauce over fettuccine with chicken. Crumble bacon on top. Top with more grated parmesan cheese if desired.
