How to make it

  • Clean and pat duck dry. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over duck. Marinate for at least 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  • Roast at 350 for 2 hours, turning and basting. Prick skin during this time.
  • Let rest 15 min.
  • Remove skin and serve on the side.
