Cheesy Chicken Chili

- 24 oz. jar navy beans, with the liquid shopping list
- 3 chicken breasts cut into 1/2" cubes shopping list
- 1 4-oz can diced green chilis shopping list
- 1 12-oz jar salsa (mild, med.,hot-your choice!) shopping list
- 4 oz. shredded pepper jack cheese shopping list
- 8 oz. shredded Monterey jack cheese shopping list
- 1 cup or as much or as little as you want of chicken broth shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt shopping list
How to make it
- Place all ingredients into the slow cooker and stir. Cook on low 6-7 hours or until the chicken is cooked and cheese is melted.
- Note: I add about 1/2 cup of the chicken broth and check about halfway thru to see if more is needed. Amount used is dependent on how thick you like your chili.
