How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Prep your meat as you like it. I use boneless country style pork ribs , chicken breast, or boneless chicken thighs. Meat on the bone works well also.
  • Put the meat in a sealable container or bag, add marinade and refrigerate for at least 12 hours, 24 is better.
  • The meat is now ready for your BBQ, smoker, oven or what ever way you choose. If using a slow cooker or dutch oven just add a bit of the marinade to the pot. It makes a wonderful tangy gravy!
