How to make it

  • 1. In a medium to large pot or wok, over medium high heat; add everything but the mushrooms. Bring to a boil and turn down to a simmer.
  • 2. Clean mushrooms and add to simmering pot; Let simmer for at least 1 hour; Longer if you like a stronger flavor.

    Hi semi, Love the idea -- love the base and the broth -- but me no like Rosemary --- will try with, I think, thyme -- this week. thanks. cheers.
