Wine And Herb Simmered Mushrooms

- 1 pound button or cremini mushrooms shopping list
- 2 to 3 large sprigs Fresh rosemary, about 5 to 6 inches long shopping list
- 2 tablespoons beef base shopping list
- 32 ounces low sodium beef broth shopping list
- 1 ½ to 2 cups red wine shopping list
- black pepper to taste I think I used about ¼ to ½ teaspoon shopping list
How to make it
- 1. In a medium to large pot or wok, over medium high heat; add everything but the mushrooms. Bring to a boil and turn down to a simmer.
- 2. Clean mushrooms and add to simmering pot; Let simmer for at least 1 hour; Longer if you like a stronger flavor.
