Chicken Puffs

- 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves -cooked, shredded shopping list
- 3 green onions, finely chopped shopping list
- 3 cloves garlic, peeled and minced shopping list
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 4 oz. cheddar, shredded shopping list
- 2 TBS. butter shopping list
- Seasoned salt shopping list
- garlic powder shopping list
- pepper shopping list
- 3 (10 ounce) cans refrigerated crescent roll dough shopping list
- stuffing mix, crushed shopping list
- melted butter shopping list
- garlic salt shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, slowly cook and stir onion and garlic. Cook until onions are tender. Add chicken, heating to blend.
- In a medium bowl, blend chicken mixture, cream cheese, cheddar, and butter until creamy. Add milk enough to stir.
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Unroll croissants and divide into squares. Press into muffin tin. Place approximately 1/3 cup of the chicken mixture on each rectangle. Pinch upward and seal edges.
- Brush with melted butter, top with garlic salt, then crushed stuffing mix. Bake in the preheated oven 12 minutes, or until golden. (Check time against crescent roll directions.)
