How to make it

  • Squeeze lemon over chicken and let stand for 30 min.
  • Heat pan. Add butter and evoo, mushrooms basil, and wine. Saute until reduced.
  • Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. In a medium bowl mix soup, dill, wine, garlic, cayenne pepper, mustard and sour cream.
  • Top each chicken breast with slices of Swiss cheese then mushrooms.Pour sour cream mixture evenly over the chicken. Sprinkle croutons on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30-40 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
