Artichoke Chicken

- mushrooms/onions (optional) shopping list
- 1 (15 ounce) can marinated artichoke hearts, drained, rinsed, and finely diced shopping list
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan/Romano cheese shopping list
- 3/4 cup mixed Miracle Whip and sour cream shopping list
- 5 slices precooked bacon, crumbled shopping list
- 1 pinch garlic pepper shopping list
- lemon pepper shopping list
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Saute mushrooms/onions
- In a medium bowl, mix together the mushrooms, artichoke hearts, Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, bacon, and garlic pepper. Place chicken in a greased baking dish, and cover evenly with artichoke mixture. Top with bacon
- Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes in the preheated oven, or until chicken is no longer pink in the center and juices run clear.
