Cream Cheese Frosting

I would gladly eat this frosting off a shingle. It is less sweet than the normal cream cheese frosting, making the cream cheese the star of the show.
Ingredients
- 2-8oz pkgs cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, softened shopping list
- 2 cups powered sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp lemon juice shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- pinch salt shopping list
How to make it
- Cream the butter and cream cheese together in the bowl of a stand mixer.
- Slowly add the powdered sugar and beat well. Add the lemon juice and vanilla and salt and beat again.
- Will frost a 2 layer cake or 24 cupcakes. (18 if piped bakery style)
