Cheesy Meaty Manicotti

- 1 lb. ground beef or Italian sausage shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, crushed shopping list
- 1 (24 oz.) container ricotta cheese shopping list
- 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 12 manicotti (cooked and drained) shopping list
- 1 (16 oz.) jar Pasta sauce shopping list
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves shopping list
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Brown beef or sausage and garlic over medium high heat, drain fat.
- Mix together ricotta, mozzarella, salt and mayonnaise in bowl.
- Stir in beef.
- Spread 1 cup of pasta sauce in bottom of 9x13" baking dish.
- Fill manicotti with beef and cheese mixture and place in baking dish.
- Pour remaining pasta sauce over top.
- Sprinkle with oregano and parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes.
