- 1 lb spaghetti or tonnarelli shopping list
- 4 oz pecorino shopping list
- 4 oz Parmesan shopping list
- 1 T black pepper shopping list
- olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- 1 Finely grate the cheeses and combine in a bowl with the black pepper.
- 2 Cook the pasta according to package directions. Reserve a cup of the pasta water.
- 3 Add the pasta directly to the bowl and stir vigorously to melt the cheese and fully coat the pasta. Add reserved pasta water and a dash of olive oil to thin. The sauce should be creamy but not watery.
- 4 Finish with a dusting of additional cheese and black pepper.
