How to make it

  • Dice the tomatoes and all the other ingredients add to a bowl with a air tight seal. Add the lime zest and juice salt and pepper and refrigerate a few hours or overnight (turn over occasionally). Taste and adjust with salt and pepper and lime if needed. To avoid turning the bowl over you can store in a zip lock bag. Then put the bag into a bowl encase it leaks. I just use the bowl to be more environmentally friendly.
