Tomato Salsa

- 5 to 6 Ripe Roma Tomatoes Or Other Tomato Chopped shopping list
- 1/2 Red Onion Minced Fine shopping list
- 1/2 Stalk celery Minced Fine shopping list
- 5 cloves Minced Garlic Minced Fine shopping list
- 1 Hobenaro Pepper Minced Fine (Optional) shopping list
- 1 Cup Fresh cilantro Before Minced shopping list
- 2 Limes Juiced And the Zest Of 1 shopping list
- Sea Salt shopping list
- Fresh Ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Dice the tomatoes and all the other ingredients add to a bowl with a air tight seal. Add the lime zest and juice salt and pepper and refrigerate a few hours or overnight (turn over occasionally). Taste and adjust with salt and pepper and lime if needed. To avoid turning the bowl over you can store in a zip lock bag. Then put the bag into a bowl encase it leaks. I just use the bowl to be more environmentally friendly.
