Pumpkin Spice Protein Drink

- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk shopping list
- 2 bananas sliced and frozen shopping list
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin shopping list
- 2 dates pitted, or two tablespoons peanut butter. shopping list
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg shopping list
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon shopping list
- 1 pinch ground cloves shopping list
- 1 pinch ground ginger shopping list
How to make it
- Blend almond milk, bananas, pumpkin, dates, protein powder, vanilla extract, nutmeg cinnamon cloves and ginger together in a blender and blend till smooth.
- NOTES
- I use lactose and gluten free protein powder for myself. It is called Vegan protein powder and most grocery stores carry it. You can use whatever protein powder you desire.Best served cold.
