How to make it

  • Blend almond milk, bananas, pumpkin, dates, protein powder, vanilla extract, nutmeg cinnamon cloves and ginger together in a blender and blend till smooth.
  • NOTES
  • I use lactose and gluten free protein powder for myself. It is called Vegan protein powder and most grocery stores carry it. You can use whatever protein powder you desire.Best served cold.
