Mike's Kick In The Rear Bloody Mary

- 1 can (46 ounce) V-8 Original vegetable juice. shopping list
- 16 ounces Vodka shopping list
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tablespoon lime juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seafood Seasoning shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chili powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke shopping list
- 2 teaspoons granulated garlic (more to taste, if you will) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon black pepper shopping list
- beef Snack Stick (optional) shopping list
- Vodka (optional) shopping list
- celery Stalk (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- I use a large stock pot for mixing the ingredients.
- Add the V-8 to the mixing container then the other ingredients.
- Mix well then let stand for 1/2 hr then mix again. A submersible blender is excellent for this.
- Once mixed, refrigerate for four hours, more if you can wait. It's one of those things that only gets better the longer it mellows.
- Pour back into the V-8 container using a kitchen funnel. There will be a little extra.
- Garnish with a beef stick, celery stalk and- if you dare- top with a split hot pepper.
